In the low-temperature environment provided by Xinjiang, this project involves research on raw materials and quality standards systems for plant-mixed hot recycling in bulk at low temperature, mix design and paving performance of the resulting mixes, key construction technology and construction quality control of these mixes, and technical and economic analyses of these mixes. Through this research, materials quality standards, mix design methods, key index requirements, and construction technology and quality control standards for these mixes will be formulated, yielding a comparatively fully-fledged technology for plant-mixed hot recycling in bulk at low temperatures, to guide the recycling of waste asphalt mixtures in Xinjiang in the future.
